A. Consumers: HomePlates is no longer accepting custom orders.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY?
A. 100% Satisfaction is Guaranteed. You may return any item(s) for a full refund within (7) seven working days. When returning switch covers, please ship them in their original packaging in a padded mailer so they arrive in the same condition in which they were sent. They must be unused and resaleable in order to obtain a refund. Indicate your order number, name, address, phone, and email address. HomePlates will make a full product(s) refund (excluding the cost of shipping the item to you) providing that the goods are returned in a clean, re-saleable condition in the original packaging and received by us within (7) seven working days of your receiving your order. You, the Customer, are responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item to you. You must return any goods using a Recorded Delivery service. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Q. I'M AN ARTIST/PHOTOGRAPHER, HOW DO I HAVE MY WORK CONSIDERED BY HOMEPLATES FOR LICENSING?
A. We welcome all inquiries from Artists and Photographers. If we like your work and it fits into our product line, we will contact you to discuss Licensing. Please contact us first with the type of art you have, and/or direct us to your website where we can view your artwork. Please DO NOT SEND OR EMAIL ANY ARTWORK. WE DO NOT CONSIDER UNSOLICITED ARTWORK OR PHOTOGRAPHY.
