All first-time orders are to be pre-paid by credit card or check until Net 30 Terms are established.
Net 30 Terms are extended only to repeat buyers. To apply for Net 30 Terms, please provide bank information and 3 current credit references, along with Name, Address, Company, Phone, and number of years in business.

Shipping Charges:
FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $200.00+. HomePlates ships via US Priority Mail, Fed Ex Ground or UPS, depending on which is the most cost effective. If you have an account with a specific carrier, or preference, please let us know.

First Orders:
All first orders are shipped either Pre-Paid by Credit Card or Check. To establish an account, please submit credit and bank references.

Delivery:
Most of our plates are usually in stock and ship within 3 working days of receipt of order. If a design is not in stock, please allow approximately 10 working days unless otherwise instructed.
